Truckstop.net customers lose Wi-Fi service in dispute with Sprint

Wi-Fi service at more than 500 truck stops across the United States served by Truckstop.net has been halted, the company announced Nov. 30.

You can read the details at the link or on their site. I wanted to comment on their refund policy, thank god they have one! Here’s part of it -


If you have more than half of your purchased time still available or unused due to the service disruption, please send an email….


So, if you have less than half of your time left, you’re just S.O.L.!!!

One other thing… Anyone remember Park-n-View? Thank goodness, Flying J is still working!!!

UPDATE:The sign-on page for Flying J is offering Truckstop.net customers FULL CREDIT for their subscription. Is that nice of them or what? That’s better than the Truckstop.net offer!!
