Sailors of the Concrete Preview

Here I go telling everyone how right I am, again. I just received my copy of "Sailors of the Concrete Sea". It’s about the study the University of Michigan did about trucking in 199. After reading only a little bit of it, I’m sure most of the conclusions are still true today. Like the one about the "driver-shortage", the authors say it only looks like a shortage to the carriers because of all the job hopping the drivers do. The same drivers are going from company to company and it only looks like people are leaving.

I only started it, but it’s amazing the conclusions these guys come up with. Of course if they would have only called me, I could have come up with the same answers and saved them the research. When I’m right, I’m right. A more detailed review coming soon.
