Eu sou tired desta história e as histórias com esta inclinam-lhe. Vitória dos Truckers? Última vez eu verifiquei Teamsters,  PATT, o RUÍDO ELÉTRICO e o cidadão do público não representam excitadores do caminhão em América. Teamsters tem uma união que represente alguns excitadores em algumas companhias. Não têm a sociedade ou o poder que se usaram ter.

Vitória dos Truckers na corte federal
As réguas, impostas em dezembro, foram suportadas pela indústria transportando mas opostas pela união dos advogados de segurança e dos truckers'. Eugenia Gratto, spokeswoman para o Brotherhood internacional de Teamsters, disse a decisão pelos ESTADOS UNIDOS. A corte de apelações para o distrito de Colômbia era uma vitória para trabalhadores e especialmente para os excitadores.

Eu estava atravessando New-jersey um o quando para trás, porque eu surfing as estações que de rádio eu vim através desta mostra da conversa entre candidatos. Eu não recordo se forem federais ou indicarem os senators, mas o que eu travei era que ambos quiseram proibir caminhões grandes de New-jersey exceto no pique da volta. New-jersey restringe já através dos caminhões às estradas federais. Eu suponho que estão tentando restringir que ainda mais apenas ao turnpike. Dizem que é de “uma edição segurança”. Most of the articles about this have the same story from Reuters. This one has a different spin to it. It actually sounds like bad news in this article instead of what the court of appeals said, that FMCSA didn’t take into consideration drivers health and they were “arbitrary and capricious.” Months, if not years were spent in research, public and closed hearings and how much of our tax dollars? And the court thinks they just pulled these rules out of the FMCSA butt?

Freight outlook looking real good
Freight demand remained very strong in this year’s second quarter, as motor carriers, ports, and even railroads continue to report record demand and - in some cases - rising profits.

Even with the rising demand there are still trucking companies going under because of higher registration fee, insurance, fuel prices and new toll roads to name only a few of the obstacles to making a profit in this business.
