We’ve been really busy and there’s so much I want to write about! The next few days I’ll be working local stuff here in Vegas, so hopefully I’ll have the time this week to catch up.

I usually answer my emails individually, but we’ve been busy, so here are the replies – No. No. Great blog! Not now. Don’t care. Not another one! Duncan’s okay until Newt runs. Thanks. JBS is starting to win me over.

A quick update about our Mexican Truck issue – The Senate needs to hear from us NOW, and here too! The Mexican carriers don’t want to work in the US. If they don’t want to be here and we don’t want them here, then whose behind this? This deserves a post to itself, hopefully tomorrow.

And also later this week I want to get to an article in Overdrive from etrucker. It’s the seven secrets of successful owner operators. I’ve got a couple to add of my own.

What’s with all the Myspace copycats just for truckers? Here and now, here too! Honestly, I don’t get it? Between sites for blogs, videos, podcasting, photo gallerys and all the other things truckers are doing, do we need more sites to keep track of? There’s already email, forums, yahoo, msn, google, groups for mass socializing. The guy in charge of MyConvoy tells me they are going to have a way through RSS to merge everybody’s existing blogs, podcasts, videos, etc all into one place. Let me know when that happens, otherwise, it’s just another site to keep track of.

If anyone wants to take up the slack and help me out (author their own posts here), let me know. As always, quality, not quantity. And with the upcoming political fiasco election I’d even consider some political stuff.
