Trasporto per mezzo di autocarri

Sono stanco di questa storia e le storia con questa fanno pendere ad esso. Vittoria dei camionisti? L'ultima volta ho controllato Teamsters,  PATT, l'ARRESTO ed il cittadino del pubblico non rappresentano i driver del camion in America. Teamsters ha un'unione che rappresenta alcuni driver ad alcune aziende. Non hanno l'insieme dei membri o l'alimentazione che abbiano usato avere.

Le regole, imposte in dicembre, sono state sostenute dall'industria di autotrasporti ma sono state opposte dall'unione dei fautori di sicurezza e dei camionisti'. Eugenia Gratto, spokeswoman per la fratellanza internazionale di Teamsters, ad esempio la decisione dagli Stati Uniti La Corte d'Appello per il distretto di Colombia era una vittoria per gli operai e particolarmente per i driver.

So e mi sono sentito dai driver molto che come le nuove regole. I (ed altri) pensano che siamo costretti ad ottenere più resto ed esso sono più duri da ottenere il `creativo' con il vostro libro macchina.

Stavo passando attraverso il New Jersey un istante indietro, poichè surfing le stazioni che radiofoniche ho trovato questa esposizione di colloquio fra i candidati. Non mi ricordo di se fossero federali o dichiarare i senatori, ma che cosa ho interferito fosse che entrambi hanno desiderato vietare i camion grandi dal New Jersey tranne sul luccio di girata. Il New Jersey già limita tramite i camion alle strade principali federali. Indovino che stanno provando a limitare che ancor più appena al turnpike. Dicono che è “un problema di sicurezza„. The way NJ drivers are, trucks are not the problem. According to a report done by the FMCSA, car drivers are more at fault than truck drivers. Or see my earlier post about the same thing.

The Mexican truck driver responsible for a deadly truck crash earlier this month on Edisto Island wasn’t licensed to drive tractor-trailers in the United States, leaving local authorities to wonder why he was behind the wheel at all.

Most of the articles about this have the same story from Reuters. This one has a different spin to it. It actually sounds like bad news in this article instead of what the court of appeals said, that FMCSA didn’t take into consideration drivers health and they were “arbitrary and capricious.” Months, if not years were spent in research, public and closed hearings and how much of our tax dollars? And the court thinks they just pulled these rules out of the FMCSA butt?

Freight outlook looking real good
Freight demand remained very strong in this year’s second quarter, as motor carriers, ports, and even railroads continue to report record demand and - in some cases - rising profits.

Even with the rising demand there are still trucking companies going under because of higher registration fee, insurance, fuel prices and new toll roads to name only a few of the obstacles to making a profit in this business.
