El acarrear

Soy cansado de esta historia y las historias con esto se inclinan a él. ¿Triunfo de los camioneros? Vez última comprobé Teamsters,  PATT, el DESPLOME y el ciudadano del público no representan conductores del carro en América. Teamsters tiene una unión que represente algunos conductores en algunas compañías. No tienen la calidad de miembro o la energía que tenían.

Las reglas, impuestas en diciembre, fueron apoyadas por la industria que acarreaba pero opuestas por unión de los abogados de seguridad y de los camioneros la'. Eugenia Gratto, portavoz para la fraternidad internacional de Teamsters, dijo la decisión por los E.E.U.U. El tribunal de apelación para el districto de Colombia era una victoria para los trabajadores y especialmente para los conductores.

Sé y he oído de muchos de los conductores que como las nuevas reglas. I (y otros) piensa que nos fuerzan conseguir más resto y él es más duros conseguir el `creativo' con su diarios de operación.

Pasaba a través de New Jersey al rato detrás, pues practicaba surf las estaciones de radio que parecí esta demostración de la charla entre los candidatos. No recuerdo si eran federales o indican a senadores, pero qué cogí era que ambos desearon prohibir los carros grandes de New Jersey excepto en el lucio de la vuelta. New Jersey restringe ya a través de los carros a las carreteras federales. Conjeturo que están intentando restringir que aún más apenas al turnpike. Dicen que es una “edición de seguridad”. The Mexican truck driver responsible for a deadly truck crash earlier this month on Edisto Island wasn’t licensed to drive tractor-trailers in the United States, leaving local authorities to wonder why he was behind the wheel at all.

Most of the articles about this have the same story from Reuters. This one has a different spin to it. It actually sounds like bad news in this article instead of what the court of appeals said, that FMCSA didn’t take into consideration drivers health and they were “arbitrary and capricious.” Months, if not years were spent in research, public and closed hearings and how much of our tax dollars? And the court thinks they just pulled these rules out of the FMCSA butt?

Freight outlook looking real good
Freight demand remained very strong in this year’s second quarter, as motor carriers, ports, and even railroads continue to report record demand and - in some cases - rising profits.

Even with the rising demand there are still trucking companies going under because of higher registration fee, insurance, fuel prices and new toll roads to name only a few of the obstacles to making a profit in this business.
