I believe that there is fine line between when drivers shall be denined a truck driving job because of sleep apnea. I know a truck driver that was dignoused with sleep apnea and was denined for a trucking job, then went to a sleep clinic and turned out that he did not have sleep apnea. He ended up getting the job that he was denied for, but it was a long wait and a long process.
